Advanced Program
FitDecks: Bodyweight, Pilates, Yoga, SAQ, Combat Sports, Cross Train, Kettlebell, Navy Seal, Core Blast
Frequency: 6 days a week  
Duration: 30 minutes (cardio) running, biking, rowing, stairs, jumping rope, etc.
  50 minutes (FitDeck) 40 FitDeck cards + 10 FitDeck CoreBlast cards
Equipment: none or some (depends on which FitDecks you use)
